Check your throttle linkage adjustment...
(It appears to be improperly adjusted)...

I knew I shouldnt have spun the blower more than 18psi. Anyone wanna buy a 2 inch pulley?

Finally I have closure, now I just need a buyer. Thanks to all who helped putting back this 1.6 to stock. A special thanks to Jim for the countless questions answered and the hard to find stock cam he supplied. BTW, do you still need one?
